We sell personalised children’s books and offer made-to-order products in the UK.

2. Ordering
Orders are placed through our website at www.doodlebound.co.uk.

By submitting your order, you confirm that all details (including names, images, spellings) are accurate and suitable for printing.

Personalisation requests are final once the order is confirmed.

You’ll receive an email confirmation after placing an order.

3. Payment
We accept secure payments via Stripe.

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (if applicable).

Your order will not be processed until full payment is received.

4. Personalised Content
You may upload images or names to personalise your book. You are responsible for ensuring that:

You have permission to use any uploaded images or content.

No offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material is submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing inappropriate content.

5. Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we can only offer returns or replacements in the event of:

Printing errors caused by us

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence.

8. Liability
We are not liable for:

Typographical errors or mistakes made by the customer

Delays due to external couriers

Loss of data outside our control

Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
